Our maximum liability to you under this User Agreement or the Klodev Website in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), or otherwise is limited to £50. Regardless of any other provision of this User Agreement, we will be liable to you without limitation for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence, as well as liability arising under Part 1 or Section 41 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, and liability arising from statements made fraudulently by us.

The Terms and conditions

This User Agreement may be terminated at any time by any of us. You may not transfer or subcontract any of your rights or duties under this User Agreement without our prior written consent. If we fail to enforce any term of this User Agreement, we will not be prevented from enforcing that provision (or any similar provision) in the future. Nothing in this User Agreement grants any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of its terms. This User Agreement is governed by English law, and any dispute arising from it is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this User Agreement affects your statutory consumer rights.
